Player Code Of Conduct

We all have a responsibility to promote high standards of behavior in all sessions and events of the beautiful game of soccer. As a player, you are part of an Elite Academy and your actions reflect not only upon yourself but on your peers, coaches, family and the Dynasty Futbol Academy. As a member of the Academy, you are responsible for your own actions and will be held accountable for them. ALL members of the Dynasty Futbol Academy (parents, players, staff) are expected to follow the Academy Code of Conduct and FIFA Fair Play Code. FIFA is the international governing body for our sport.

Invest in the Development Process
- Give my complete focus to Academy Coaches and their instructions of the activity or session
- Be competitive in every aspect of training; show up to work hard and outwork your opposition
- Attend training sessions with the intent to improve technically, tactically, physically, and mentally.
- Be punctual for all Academy sessions and Events
- Have Fun
Be respectful of my teammates, coaches, academy staff, volunteers, opponents and referees.
- Show Empathy, Inclusivity, and Kindness to everyone
Always give my best effort, even if things are not going my/our way or the other team is stronger.
Play Fairly and respect the Laws of the Game.
Win or lose with dignity; Acknowledge (by shaking hands, etc.) the other team and referee at the end of the game.
- Be an Ambassador of Sportsmanship
Never engage in offensive, insulting or abusive language or behavior towards teammates and opponents.
Never engage in bullying, intimidation or harassment.
Clean up all trash around the playing area after all training sessions and games. (Doesn’t matter if it is your trash or not)
Players are required to wear shin guards at all sessions
