Foundational Development Academy

(Designed for U8 advanced, U9, and U10 age groups)

Our Foundational Development Academy (FDA) is a supplemental training option for players who are preparing to progress to a competitive travel team (Classic, Pre-Academy, Pre-ECNL) and beyond.  FDA is staffed by Dynasty Futbol Academy Staff coaches who will provide a quality structured training environment, with age appropriate instruction at these important age groups.  This program is open to any players looking to get the necessary foundational skills to prepare for the next level in their soccer journey.  The typical age groups for this program are U8 advanced (2015 Birthyear), U9 (2014 Birthyear) and U10 (2013 Birthyear) but is also available to players at the U11 (2012 Birthyear) and U12 (2011 Birthyear) who need to develop these skills to have a solid foundation to compete at a competitive level.​

FDA Information

The FDA program is a course that trains once a week for a 1 hour and 30 minutes of Friday's at SportHQ.  The program is designed to help players prepare for playing at competitive travel level in the near future.  Through dynamic group training, players will learn advanced technical skills and tactical applications on how to play in 5v5 and 7v7 game formats, with the focus being on the individual players development.  This will help the player read and understand the game, while learning the basics of risk vs. reward scenarios to improve their Soccer IQ.

Our goal in the FDA program is to Maximize a players touches on the ball in every session, to create muscle memory and allow them to focus on making decisions.  We will break down game situations to help players understand different match moments while maximizing reps and encouraging creativity to find success.  As players begin to find success we will see their speed of play and competitive edge increase through the program.

FDA Program Schedules

Training Uniform Kit

All Dynasty Futbol Academy FDA players are required to wear the DFA  training Kit (Red Top, Black Shorts, and Red Socks) that is offered by Soccer.com

Once your Player is enrolled in their Academy Program you will receive a link from soccer.com to your players personal store where you can order their Kit.

​

This is required for Participants of Full Academy Programs.  Drop-In Session Players are not Required to Purchase Training Kit
